Denture
Denture
A denture is a removable dental appliance that replaces lost teeth and soft tissues. Complete and partial dentures are the two types of dentures available. When all of the teeth are lost, complete dentures are utilised, whereas partial dentures are used when some natural teeth remain. We have the best dentures in Abu Dhabi, and they look so natural and perfect that nobody would guess they are dentures.
Complete dentures are available in two styles: “conventional” and “instant.” A typical denture is ready for implantation in the mouth around eight to twelve weeks after the teeth have been removed and the gum tissue has begun to heal. Immediate dentures, unlike traditional dentures, are created ahead of time and can be placed as soon as the teeth are removed. As a consequence, the user does not need to be toothless during the healing process. A removable partial denture or bridge is made up of replacement teeth affixed to a pink or gum-coloured plastic foundation. We use the best quality materials to manufacture the dentures in AbuDhabi. The denture is occasionally held in place in the mouth by a metal framework. When one or more natural teeth in the upper or lower jaw remain, partial dentures are utilised. A fixed bridge replaces one or more teeth by crowning the teeth on each side of the gap and connecting them to artificial teeth. Personalised dentures in Abu Dhabi are provided at our clinic. We guarantee to provide long lasting and quality dentures in Abu Dhabi.
Benefits of Wearing Dentures
Our dentures in Abu Dhabi are made with modern technology, and they are very comfortable and look so natural on our teeth. You might have to come a couple of times to get the right fit, but once it’s done, you can chew and talk with ease. Walk around with renewed confidence because there will be no restrictions anymore, and you can smile and laugh any time you want.
The benefit of wearing dentures is that they look so natural, and you no longer have to worry about hollowed cheeks, because lack of teeth can make your cheek look thinner, and older. With dentures in place you no longer have trouble pronouncing the words that you’ve had before. It will also prevent the bone structure from beginning to deteriorate and even protect the remaining teeth from wearing out, or leaning from its place. Placing the dentures would actually be a great problem-solver. If you have had problems talking to people in public because of your tooth or lack of tooth, now you can walk around confidently.
Maintenance and Care for Dentures
Taking care of your dentures is easier than you think. If you have removable full or partial dentures, then you can just run water over them to remove the food particles and debris. You can use a soft bristled toothbrush to clean the dentures. Hard bristles might damage the dentures, and so will abrasive cleaning materials like strong cleaners and toothpaste. It is advisable to mild toothpaste on the dentures, and using whitening toothpaste will not work on dentures.
It is also not advisable to use bleach-containing products because they can harm the dentures. After cleaning them, you can place the dentures on a soft towel. You can soak them overnight in a mild entire soaking solution. Remove the metal attachments because the solution might tarnish and corrode the material. The next morning, rinse them once again before you place the dentures back in your mouth. Use normal or lukewarm water to clean the dentures, and never hot water because that would warp them.
